Fremantle Port Authority Amendment

Regulations 1998

Made by the Fremantle Port Authority and approved by the Governor in

Executive Council.

Citation Amendment Regulations 1998.

2. The regulations amended
The amendments in these regulations are to the Fremantle Port
Authority Regulations 1971*.

Approved by the Governor in Executive Council, ROD SPENCER, Clerk of the Executive Council.

3. Regulation 131 amended
Regulation 131(1)(a) is amended by deleting "1 000" and
inserting instead —
" 5 000 ".

Passed by a resolution of the Fremantle Port Authority at a meeting of the
Authority.
