AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Municipal Tramways

and Electric Lighting Act, 1903.

[Assented to 28th December, 1934.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title. 1. This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal

Tramways and Electric Lighting Act Amendment Act, 1934,

and shall be read as one with the Fremantle Municipal Tram- ways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903 (hereinafter referred to as the principal Act).

Amendment of s. 2. Section two of the principal Act is amended, as fol- lows :-

(a)	by adding after the words "roads board" in line two of subsection (e) thereof the words "or Rockingham Roads Board";
(b)	by adding after the words "roads board" in line four of subsection (f) thereof the words "or Rockingham Roads Board," and by deleting the word "adjoin- ing" in line six thereof.

Amendment of

Subsection (d) of section nineteen of the principal Act is hereby amended by deleting the words "Five thousand pounds" appearing at the end of that subsection and insert- ing in lien thereof the words "Twenty thousand pounds."

Amendment of 4.

Section thirty-eight of the principal Act is hereby

amended by adding after the word "municipalities" in line

three thereof the words "or road districts."
