No. 24 of 1925.

AN ACT to further amend the Fremantle Municipal

Tramways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903.

[Assented to 16th December, 1925.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1.   This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal Short title.

Tramways and Electric Lighting Act Amendment Act, 1925.

2.   A proviso is hereby added to section twenty of the ATtrot nd Tont of

Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act,

1903, as follows:

Provided also that notwithstanding the limitation by this section of the number of free passes that may be granted, the Board may grant and revoke such free passes to incapacitated soldiers or sailors who have served in the war, blind persons, and members of the police force, as in its discretion the Board may think fit.
