AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Municipal Tramways

and Electric Lighting Act, 1903.

[Assented to 26th September, 1921.]

E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by

and with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

1. This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal Short title.

and shall be read as one with the Fremantle Municipal Tram- ways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment of

see. 19. 2. Section nineteen of the principal Act is hereby amended by inserting in paragraph (d) thereof, after the words "to draw and endorse cheques thereon," the words "whether the account is in credit or overdrawn," and by adding at the end of the paragraph the following words :—"and to obtain ad- vances by overdraft of any current account, but not exceed- ing at any time five thousand_ pounds.''
