AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act Amend- ment Act, 1909.

liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—

1.    This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal Tram- short title.

Amendment of

2. Section two of the Fremantle Municipal Tramways and section 2 of Act

Electric Lighting Act Amendment Act, 1909, is amended by	No. 15 of 1909.
striking out the words "one hundred and fifty," in line three thereof, and inserting in place thereof the words "two hundred."
