AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Municipal

Tramways and Electric Lighting Act, 1908.

This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal Tram- ways and Electric Lighting Act Amendment Act, 1909, and	Short title.
shall be read as one with the Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Section three of the principal Act is amended by striking out the words "one hundred thousand pounds," and inserting in place	Amendment of

Section thirty of the principal Act is amended by striking out the words "not exceeding two" in the second line, and insert-	Amendment of
