AN ACT to further amend the Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903.

[Assented to 7th December, 1915.]

Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Par-BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, by andwith the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and liament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

1.     This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Municipal Tramways short title.

and Electric Lighting Act, 1915, and shall be read as one with the

Fremantle Municipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Act, 1903.

2.    (1) It shall be within the powers of the Fremantle Muni- Power to contract

cipal Tramways and Electric Lighting Board to enter into contracts for current.

with any person or Government Department or agency for the

supply to the Board of electric current on such terms and condi-

tions as the Board may think fit, and to construct and maintain all

necessary works connected therewith.

(2) All current so supplied to and taken by the Board may be used by the Board in the management and carrying on of its under- taking and works, and for the supply by the Board of electricity for motive power and lighting purposes, and for the purposes of this section moneys may be lawfully expended, and liabilities may be lawfully incurred by the Board.
