Termination of Fremantle Migrant Advisory Association Award 2001.

[1] Pursuant to Item 5 of Schedule 6 of the Fair Work (Transitional Provisions and Consequential Amendments) Act 2009, and there being no opposition by the Australian Municipal, Administrative Clerical and Services Union, Fair Work Australia hereby orders that the Fremantle Migrant Advisory Association Award 2001 is terminated.

[2] The termination operates from 11 April 2012.
