Fremantle Hospital Amendment By-laws 2008

Made under section 22 by the Minister in his capacity as the board of
Fremantle Hospital.

1.            Citation

These by-laws are the Fremantle Hospital Amendment
By-laws 2008.

2.            Commencement

These by-laws come into operation as follows:

(a)	by-laws 1 and 2 — on the day on which these by-laws are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the by-laws — on the day after that day.

3.            The by-laws amended

as the board of Fremantle Hospital

The amendments in these by-laws are to the Fremantle Hospital
By-laws 1992.

4.            By-law 7 replaced

By-law 7 is repealed and the following by-law is inserted instead —

7.            Smoking

A person must not smoke on the site.
Penalty: $50.
