FREMANTLE HOSPITAL AMENDMENT BY-LAWS 1998
Made by the Metropolitan Health Service Board under section 22.
Citation
1. These by-laws may be cited as the Fremantle Hospital Amendment By-laws 1998.
Schedule 3 amended
2. Schedule 3 to the Fremantle Hospital By-laws 1992* is amended by deleting Form 1
and substituting the following form —

(b) by having it heard and determined by a court.
If the modified penalty is not paid within the period referred to above, court
proceedings may be taken against you. If convicted, you may be liable to a penalty
not exceeding $50.
Payment of the modified penalty is not to be regarded as an admission for the
purposes of any proceedings, whether civil or criminal. Retain the receipt for proof
of payment.
