AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Harbour Trust

Act, 1902-1951.

RE it enacted, by the Queen's Most Excellent

Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

short title

and citation. 1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Harbour Trust Act Amendment Act, 1952.

(2) In this Act the Fremantle Harbour Trust Act,

1902-1951

Act No. 17 of 1902, as reprinted with amendments to and including Act No. 4 of 1913, incorporated in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1934, and further amended by Acts Nos. 54 of 1950 and 17 of 1951, and as affected by Acts Nos. 38 of 1928 and 1 of 1952

is referred to as the principal Act.

The principal Act, as amended by this Act,

may be cited as the Fremantle Harbour Trust Act,

1902-1952.

amended.	2. Section sixty-five of the principal Act is amended by adding after paragraph (3) the follow- ing paragraph:

(a) the entering, or remaining, within the boundaries of the harbour or any specified part or parts of the harbour by any person or class of persons, or any thing or class of thing;

(b) the doing or omission of any thing or class of thing within the boundaries of the harbour or any specified part or parts of the harbour,

either at all times and on all occasions or at any time or times, or on any occasion or occasions, the intention being that the generality of the authority delegated by this paragraph is not affected by authority delegated by any other 'paragraph of this section.
