AN ACT to amend the Fremantle Harbour Trust

Act, 1902-1950.

[Assented to 26th November, 1951.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent of the Legislative Council and the LegislativeMajesty, by and with the advice and consent

Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title.

1. This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Har- bour Trust Act Amendment Act, 1951, and shall be

read as one with the Fremantle Harbour Trust Act, ments to and including Act No. 4 of 1913, incorpor-1902-1950 (Act No. 17 of 1902, reprinted with amend-

ated in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1934, and further amended by Act No. 54 of 1950, and affected by Act No. 38 of 1928), referred to in this Act as the principal Act.

3. Section ten of the principal Act is amended

by substituting for the words, "of two guineas" in

line two, the words, "prescribed by the regulations".

6.    The following paragraph is added to section ,t2nded.

sixty-five of the principal Act after paragraph (2)- (2a) Prescribing the fees payable to the chair- man and each commissioner for every ordinary meeting of the commissioners at which he attends, and the total amount of fees which may be paid to the chairman and each commissioner in any one year.
