AN ACT to amend section sixty-five of the Fremantle
Harbour Trust Act, 1902.
[Assented to 18th December, 1950.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent
Majesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:—
1. This Act may be cited as the Fremantle Short title.
Harbour Trust Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with the Fremantle Harbour Trust Act, 1902 (Act No. 17 of 1902, reprinted with amend- ments to and including Act No. 4 of 1913, incor- porated in the Appendix to the Sessional Volume of Statutes for the year 1934 and further affected by Act No. 38 of 1928) hereinafter called the principal Act.

(vi) the use for purposes of war or defence or training or preparation for war or defence of any of the property vested in the Commissioners.
