AN ACT to amend sections six and eleven of The Fremantle Gas and Coke Companys Act, 1886- 1947.

BE it enacted by the King's Most ExcellentMajesty, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council and the Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-

Short title.

This Act may be cited as The Fremantle Gas and Coke Companys Act Amendment Act, 1950, and shall be read as one with The Fremantle Gas and Coke Companys Act, 1886-1947 (No. 34 of 1886 as amended by The Fremantle Gas and Coke Com- panys Act, 1886, Amendment Act, 1893, and by Acts Nos. 15 of 1938, 17 of 1940 and 77 of 1947), here- inafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment 3.

Section six of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "one hundred and twenty-five" in line five, the words, "three hundred and seventy-five".

Section eleven of the principal Act is amended by substituting for the words, "two hundred and fifty" in the last line, the words, "seven hundred and fifty".
