AN ACT to amend sections six and eleven of The Fre-

mantle Gas and Coke Company's Act, 1886-1940.

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same as follows :--

This Act may be cited as The Fremantle Gas and Coke Company's Act Amendment Act, 1947, and shall be read as one with The Fremantle Gas and Coke Com- pany's Act, 1886-1940 (No. 34 of 1886 as amended by The Fremantle Gas and Coke Company's Act, 1886, Amend- ment Act, 1893, and by Acts Nos. 15 of 1938 and 17 of 1940), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

as amended

by this Act.

Amendment

Section six of the principal Act is amended by deleting the word "sixty" in the fifth line thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the words "one hundred and twenty-five."

Section eleven of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "one hundred and twenty" in the last line thereof and inserting in lieu thereof the words "two hundred and fifty."
