AN ACT to enable the Governor to extend " The Fre-

mantle Carriage Ordinance, 1868," to other Towns.

BE it enacted by His Excellency the Governor of Western

Australia and its Dependencies, by and with the advice and

or Towns; and thereupon the said Ordinance shall be read and ap- plied for all purposes, as if the name of the Town or Towns to which it shall be so extended from time to time had been inserted therein in addition to the name of the said Town of Fremantle.
