Freight Rail Corporation (Sale) Act 2001 No 35—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 (2) of the Freight Rail Corporation (Sale) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 22 February 2002 as the day on which section 53 of that Act, and Schedule 3 to that Act, commence.

Explanatory note

This object of this Proclamation is to commence the provisions of the Freight Rail Corporation (Sale) Act 2001 that contain consequential amendments of other Acts. The remainder of the Act commenced on 13 July 2001.
