Act 2001—Proclamation

MARIE BASHIR, Governor I, Professor Marie Bashir AC, Governor of the State of New South Wales, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of section 2 of the Freight Rail Corporation (Sale) Act 2001, do, by this my Proclamation, appoint 13 July 2001 as the day on which that Act (except section 53 of, and Schedule 3 to, that Act) commences.
