Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting—

“Australian Bicentennial Authority”

and substituting—

“ACTION Liaison Committee

Australian Bicentennial Authority”;

(b) by omitting—

“Australian Capital Territory Heritage Committee” and substituting—

“Australian Capital Territory Co-ordinating Committee for the National Tree Programme

Australian Capital Territory Heritage Committee

Australian Capital Territory International Youth Year Co-ordinating Committee”; and

(S.R. 218/85)-Cat. No.   11/30.9.1985

 

(c) by inserting—

“Housing Branch Advisory Committee”

after—

“Commonwealth Accommodation and Catering Services Limited”.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 25;

(b) by omitting item 156 and substituting the following item:

“156 Overseas Telecommunications Managing Director”; and

Commission (Australia)

(c) by inserting in its proper numerical position in that Schedule each of the items set out in Schedule 1 to these Regulations.

Schedule 3

4. Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by omitting item 1 and substituting the following items:

“1 ACTION Liaison Committee Minister of State for

Territories

1A Australian Bicentennial Authority Prime Minister”; and

(b) by inserting in its proper numerical position in that Schedule each of the items set out in Schedule 2 to these Regulations.
