Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting—“Housing Branch Advisory Committee”.

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended—

(a) by inserting after Item 49 the following item:

“49a. Australian Trade Commission Managing Director”:

(b) by inserting after Item 81 the following item:

“81a. Defence Force Remuneration Tribunal Secretary”;

(c) by omitting Item 89; and

(d) by omitting Item 100a.

Schedule 3

4. Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting Item 21a.
