Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous

Provisions) Regulations2 (Amendment)

I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

Principal Regulations

1. In these Regulations, “Principal Regulations” means the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations.

Schedule 1

2. Schedule 1 to the Principal Regulations is amended by inserting:

“OTC Limited”

after:

“National Media Liaison Service”

Schedule 2

3. Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is amended by omitting item 157 and substituting the following item:

“157 OTC Limited Chief Executive”.
