I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Citizenship Act 2007, the Defence Act 1903, the Fisheries Management Act 1991, the Migration Act 1958, the Privacy Act 1988, the Public Service Act 1999 and the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984.

These Regulations are the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

Commencement
These Regulations commence on 1 November 2010.

Amendment of Australian Citizenship Regulations 2007
Part 1 of Schedule 1 amends the Australian Citizenship Regulations 2007.
