I, QUENTIN BRYCE, Governor-General of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, make the following Regulations under the Australian Citizenship Act 2007, the Defence Act 1903, the Fisheries Management Act 1991, the Migration Act 1958, the Privacy Act 1988, the Public Service Act 1999 and the Torres Strait Fisheries Act 1984.

These Regulations are the Freedom of Information (Miscellaneous Amendments) Regulations 2010 (No. 1).

  1. Commencement

These Regulations commence on 1 November 2010.

  1. Amendment of Australian Citizenship Regulations 2007

Part 1 of Schedule 1 amends the Australian Citizenship Regulations 2007.

  1. Amendment of Defence Force Regulations 1952

Part 2 of Schedule 1 amends the Defence Force Regulations 1952.

  1. Amendment of Fisheries Management Regulations 1992

Part 3 of Schedule 1 amends the Fisheries Management Regulations 1992.

  1. Amendment of Migration Regulations 1994

Part 4 of Schedule 1 amends the Migration Regulations 1994.

  1. Amendment of Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001

Part 5 of Schedule 1 amends the Privacy (Private Sector) Regulations 2001.

  1. Amendment of Public Service Regulations 1999

Part 6 of Schedule 1 amends the Public Service Regulations 1999.

  1. Amendment of Torres Strait Fisheries Regulations 1985
