Freedom of Information Amendment

Regulations (No. 3) 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Freedom of Information Amendment
Regulations (No. 3) 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day that the Teacher Registration Act 2012 section 3 comes into operation.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Freedom of Information
Regulations 1993.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 opposite the agency “Department of Education

Services” insert in alphabetical order in column 2:

Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia
