Freedom of Information Amendment

Regulations 2019

Made by the Lieutenant-Governor and deputy of the Governor in
Executive Council.

1.      Citation

These regulations are the Freedom of Information Amendment
Regulations 2019.

2.     Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2— on the day on which these
regulations are published in the Gazette (gazettal day);
(b)	the rest of the regulations —

(i)if gazettal day is before the day on which the

Infrastructure Western Australia Act 2019 section 5 comes into operation — when that section comes into operation; or

These regulations amend the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993.
4.	Regulation 8 amended In regulation 8 delete "it's" and insert:
its

(ii) otherwise — on the day after gazettal day.

3.     Regulations amended

5.     Regulation 10 amended

In regulation 10 delete "Schedule 2, clause 2(4) of the Act," and insert:

clause 2(4) of the Glossary to the Act,

6.      Schedule 2 amended

In Schedule 2 opposite "Department of the Premier and Cabinet" insert in Column 2 in alphabetical order:
