Freedom of Information Amendment

Regulations 2012

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.             Citation

These regulations are the Freedom of Information Amendment
Regulations 2012.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation as follows —

(a)	regulations 1 and 2 — on the day on which these regulations are published in the Gazette;
(b)	the rest of the regulations — on the day after that day.

3.             Regulations amended

These regulations amend the Freedom of Information
Regulations 1993.

4.             Schedule 2 amended

(1)	In Schedule 2 delete the item for Department of Education and
Training.
(2)	In Schedule 2 insert in alphabetical order:
Department of	Country High School Hostels Authority
Education	Trustees of Public Education Endowment
Department of	Aboriginal Education and Training Council
Education
Services	Non-Government Schools Planning Advisory Committee Rural and Remote Education Advisory Council Training Accreditation Council Western Australian Higher Education Council
