Freedom of Information Amendment

Regulations 2006

Made by the Governor in Executive Council.

1.            Citation

These regulations are the Freedom of Information Amendment
Regulations 2006.

2.             Commencement

These regulations come into operation on the day on which the
Land Information Authority Act 2006 comes into operation.

3.            The regulations amended

The amendments in these regulations are to the Freedom of
Information Regulations 1993* .

4.             Schedule 2 amended

(1) Schedule 2 is amended by deleting from column 1 the entry
"Department of Land Administration" and from column 2 the
entries opposite that entry and inserting instead

“ Pastoral Lands Board of Western Australia ".

(2) Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a) Planning and Urban Development" and inserting

by deleting from column 1 the entry "Department of " Department for Planning and Infrastructure ";

(b) by deleting from column 2 the entry "Town Planning Appeal Tribunal" and inserting instead —

(3) Schedule 2 is amended as follows:

(a)

by deleting from column 1 the entry "State Planning " Western Australian Planning Commission ";

(b) by inserting in column 2 opposite that entry, after "Country Planning Council"

(4) Schedule 2 is amended by deleting from column 1 the entry "Minister for Planning" and from column 2 the entry "Town Planning Appeal Committee".
