The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend
Part 2 of the Schedule to the Freedom of
Information Regulations 1998 by substituting

Racing Victoria for Victoria Racing Club.

2. Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 5 and

66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on
19 December 2001.
