Made by His Excellency the Governor in Executive Council.

Citation

1. These regulations may be cited as the Freedom of Information

Schedule 2 amended

2. Schedule 2 to the Freedom of Information Regulations 1993* is

amended —

(a) in column 2, in the entries opposite the entry in column 1 for the

Ministry of Justice, by deleting "Charitable Collections Advisory Committee" and "'State Advisory Committee on Publications"; and

(b) in column 2, opposite the entry in column 1 for Ministry of Fair Trading, by inserting in the appropriate alphabetical positions the following entries —
