s1 2 s4 Freedom of Information Amendment (No. 1) No. 373, 1997 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Freedom of Information Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1997 . ˙ Regulation amended 2. This regulation amends the Freedom of Information Regulation 1992 . ˙ Amendment of s 4 (Principal office declared—Universities) 3.(1) Section 4— insert— ‘(ca)Sunshine Coast University College;’. (2) Section 4— insert— (2) In this section— “Universities” includes university colleges.’. ˙ Amendment of s 5 (Act not to apply to certain bodies) 4.(1) Section 5(1)(g) to (i)— omit, insert— ‘(g) each of the following agencies, in relation to individual and aggregate student data about core skills tests, junior and senior certificates and tertiary entrance statements (including an equivalent substituted test, certificate or statement)— (i) the department within which the Education(GeneralProvisions) Act 1989 is administered; (ii) the Board of Senior Secondary School Studies; (iii) the Tertiary Entrance Procedures Authority; (h) the department within which the Education (General Provisions)Act1989 is administered in relation to each of the following student assessment programs conducted by or for it—
s4 3 s4 Freedom of Information Amendment (No. 1) No. 373, 1997 (i) year 1–2 assessment; (ii) year 6 assessment; (iii) student performance standards assessment; (i) the Queensland School Curriculum Council (P-10) in relation to an assessment program mentioned in paragraph (h)(i) or (ii); (j) each of the following agencies in relation to individual and aggregate student data about approved tests within the meaning of the Education (School Curriculum P-10) Act 1996 (i) the department within which the Education(GeneralProvisions) Act 1989 is administered; (ii) the Queensland School Curriculum Council (P-10).’. (2) Section 5(2), definition “student performance standards assessment” , ‘curriculum’— omit, insert— ‘State educational institution curriculum’. (3) Section 5(2), definition “year 2 assessment” omit, insert— “year 1–2 assessment” means a statewide assessment of year 1 or 2 students’ literacy and numeracy skills. 1 ’. ENDNOTES 1.
