2 Freedom of Information Amendment (No. 1) No. 309, 1993 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Freedom of Information Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1993 . ˙ Amended regulation 2. The Freedom of Information Regulation 1992 is amended as set out in this regulation. ˙ Amendment of s.4 (Principal office declared) 3.(1) Section 4 (heading)— omit, insert— ‘Principal office declared—Universities’. (2) Section 4— omit ‘ a principal office for the purposes ’, insert ‘ the principal office for the purposes of paragraph (c) ’. ˙ Insertion of new s.4A 4. After section 4— insert— ˙ ‘Principal office declared—Regional Health Authorities ‘4A.(1) In this section— “regional director” has the meaning given by the HealthServicesAct1991 ; “Regional Health Authority” means a Regional Health Authority established under the Health Services Act 1991 . ‘(2) The office of regional director for a Regional Health Authority is declared to be the principal office for the Authority for the purposes of paragraph (c) of the definition “principal officer” in section 7 of the Act. ’.
