1. Name of regulation

   This regulation is the Freedom of Information Amendment Regulation 2016 (No 1).

2. Commencement

   This regulation commences on the day after its notification day.

   NoteThe naming and commencement provisions automatically commence on the notification day (see Legislation Act, s 75 (1)).

3. Legislation amended

   This regulation amends the Freedom of Information Regulation 1991.

4. Schedule 2, new item 7

   insert

   7The auditor-general in relation to documents of the auditor-general that relate to functions given to the auditor-general under the Auditor-General Act 1996.
