AMENDMENT ACT 1995

AN ACT to amend the Freedom of Information Act 1992.

[Assented to 6 November 1995.1

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information

Amendment Act 1995.

Commencement

2.     (1) If this Act receives the Royal Assent before 1 November

1995 it comes into operation on the day on which it receives the

Royal Assent.

(2) If this Act does not receive the Royal Assent before 1 November 1995 it is deemed to have come into operation immediately before 1 November 1995.

Schedule 1 amended

3.     Clause 14 (3) of Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information

Act 1992* is deleted.
