AMENDMENT ACT 1994

AN ACT to amend the Freedom of Information Act 1992.

[Assented to 5 January 1995.1

The Parliament of Western Australia enacts as follows:

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Freedom of Information

Amendment Act 1994.

Commencement

2.     This Act is deemed to have come into operation immediately

before 1 November 1994.

Schedule 1 amended

3. Schedule 1 to the Freedom of Information Act 1992* is

amended in clause 14 (3) by deleting "one year" and substituting

the following —

2 years ".
