HIS Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, and in pursuance of the Freedom of Information Act 1989, has been pleased to make the Regulation set forth hereunder.

The Freedom of Information (General) Regulation 1989 is
amended:
| (a) | by inserting in Schedule 1 in alphabetical order under the headings "Public authority" and "Principal office" the following matter: |

EXPLANATORY NOTE
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Freedom of Information (General)
Regulation 1989 so as:
(a)
to declare offices relating 10 certain hospitals to be principal offices for the purposes of the definition of "principal officer" in section 6 of the Freedom of Information Act 1989; and
(b)
to declare that the Psychosurgery Review Board is not to be taken to be a separate public authority, but is to be taken to be included as part of the

Department of Health, for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act
1989; and
| (c) | to declare that the Director of State Lotteries is not to be taken to be a separate public office, but is to be taken to be included as part of the State |
Lotteries Office, for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1989.
