His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Freedom of Information Act 1989.

The object of this Regulation is to provide that the Anti-Discrimination Board and the office of Privacy Commissioner are taken to be included in the Attorney General’s Department for the purposes of the Freedom of Information Act 1989.
This Regulation is made under the Freedom of Information Act 1989, including sections 7 (3), 8 (2) and 69 (the general regulation making power).

2 Amendment of Freedom of Information (General) Regulation

1995

The Freedom of Information (General) Regulation 1995 is amended as set out in Schedule 1.

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.
