His Excellency the Governor, with the advice of the Executive Council, has made the following Regulation under the Freedom of Information Act 1989.

Explanatory note
The object of this Regulation is to amend the Freedom of Information Regulation 2000 (which classifies government agencies for the purpose of co-ordinating the release of information under the Freedom of Information Act 1989) as a consequence of the change of name of a government body and other administrative changes.

This Regulation is made under sections 7 (public authorities) and 69 (the general regulation-making power) of the Act.

1     Name of Regulation

This Regulation is the Freedom of Information Amendment
(Administrative Changes) Regulation 2000.

2 Amendment of Freedom of Information Regulation 2000

The Freedom of Information Regulation 2000 is amended as set out in

Schedule 1.

3 Notes

The explanatory note does not form part of this Regulation.

Omit the matter relating to the Program Review Committee from Part 3.

[2]     Schedule 3, Part 3

Omit “Department of Community Services” from the matter relating to the
Guardianship Tribunal.
Insert instead “Ageing and Disability Department”.

[3]     Schedule 3, Part 3

Omit “Serious Offenders Review Board”.
Insert instead “Serious Offenders Review Council”.
