The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1. Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Regulations 1993 to prescribe charges and rates in relation to requests for access to health information.

2. Authorising provision

These Regulations are made under section 66 of the Freedom of Information Act 1982.

3. Commencement

These Regulations come into operation on 1 July

2002.

4. Charges for access

After item 7 of the Schedule to the Freedom of
Information (Access Charges) Regulations 19931
insert—
