[1] Further to the proceedings today, I note that this application was not pressed consequent upon concerns I raised with the representatives for the companies, the TWU and the AMWU. Those concerns focused, particularly, on the provisions of the agreement in relation to parental leave and the cashing out of long service leave.
[2] The proceedings are concluded accordingly.
