An Act to amend the " Parliamentary Elec torates and Elections Act of 1893" by extending the franchise to certain persons disqualified from voting* under the said Act, [31st October, 1896.]

and by the au thor i ty of t h e same, as fo l lows:—
1. Subject to the provisions of t he Par l i amenta ry Elec tora tes and Elect ions A c t of 1893, and any A c t amending the same, every person who holds t he office of Inspec tor -Genera l or Super in tenden t of Police, or is a constable or o ther person belonging to the Cons tabu la ry Eorce shall , if no t disqualified or incapaci ta ted under any S ta tu te , be
