This regulation amends the Fossicking Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of sch 2 (Designated fossicking land) 3. Schedule 2— insert— ‘ 1A. Duck Creek Designated Fossicking Land—land south-east of Quilpie shown on Plan No. MP 36659—an area about 633 ha. 6A. Sheep Station Creek Designated Fossicking Land—land south-east of Quilpie shown on Plan No. MP 36659—an area about 596 ha.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 3 (Fossicking areas) 4. Schedule 3— insert— ‘ 1A. Agate Creek Fossicking Area—land south of Forsayth shown on Plan No. MP 36674 (other than land covered by mining claims 30027 and 30028 and land contained in MHPL 1551)—area about 4526 ha.’. ˙ Amendment of sch 4 (Prohibited camping land) 5.
