This regulation amends the Fossicking Regulation 1994 . ˙ Replacement of sch 2 3. Schedule 2— omit, insert— ‘ SCHEDULE 2 ‘ DESIGNATED FOSSICKING LAND section 9 of the regulation ‘ 1. Divide Designated Fossicking Land—the land west of the Town of Rubyvale shown on Plan No. MP 40825, Sheets 1 and 2—area 339.1 ha. 1 2. Opalton Designated Fossicking Land—the land south of the Town of Winton shown on Plan No. MP 36631—area about 974.5 ha. 3. Reward Designated Fossicking Land—the land west of the Town of Sapphire shown on Plan No. MP 34342—area about 940 ha. 1 4. Rubyvale Designated Fossicking Land—the land around the Town of Rubyvale shown on Plan No. MP 34341—area about 990 ha. 1 5. Sapphire Designated Fossicking Land—the land around the Town of 1 This land was part of a designated area under the repealed Act. It does not include land held under the Miners’ Homestead Leases Act 1913 for which the owner’s agreement to declaring the designated area was not obtained under the repealed Act. See section 112 of the Act.
