s1 2 s5 Fossicking Amendment (No. 1) No. 15, 1995 ˙ Short title 1. This regulation may be cited as the Fossicking Amendment Regulation (No. 1) 1995 . ˙ Commencement 2. This regulation commences on 1 February 1995. ˙ Regulation amended 3. This regulation amends the Fossicking Regulation 1994 . ˙ Amendment of Sch 3 (Fossicking Areas) 4.(1) Schedule 3, items 6 to 8— renumber as items 7 to 9. (2) Schedule 3, after item 5— insert— ‘ 6. O’Briens Creek Fossicking Area—land west-north-west of the Town of Mount Surprise shown on Plan No. MP 36588 (other than land covered by mining claim, mining lease or residence area)—area 3 160 ha.’. ˙ Amendment of Sch 4 (Prohibited camping land) 5.(1) Schedule 4, Part 2, items 5 and 6— renumber as items 6 and 7. (2) Schedule 4, Part 2, after item 4— insert— ‘ 5. Land in the O’Briens Creek Fossicking Area.’.
