No. 12 of 1934.

AN ACT for the closure of a certain portion of Forrest

avenue, in the city of Perth.

[Assented to 26th November, 1934.]

BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.    This Act may be cited as the Forrest Avenue Closure

Act, 1934.

That portion of Forrest avenue in the city of Perth, described in the Schedule to this Act, is hereby closed, and

all rights of way over the same shall cease on the passing of

this Act.

3. The land comprised in that portion of Forrest avenue Land vested In

His Majesty.

aforesaid, which by this Act is declared to be closed, shall, on the passing of this Act, vest in His Majesty, and may be dealt with as unalienated Crown land under the Land Act, 1933.

SCHEDULE.

All that portion of Forrest avenue, in the city of Perth, bounded by lines starting from the eastern corner of Perth lot T 37 and extending west-south- westerly along the boundaries of the said Perth lot T 37 and Perth lot T 35 ; thence south-south-westerly along the eastern alignment of Plain street to the northern alignment of Wellington street ; thence east-south-easterly along the latter alignment to the western corner of Perth lot T 34 ; thence east-north-easterly along a boundary of the said Perth lot T 34 ; thence north-north-easterly along the western alignment of Horatio street to the southern alignment of Brenta street ; and thence west-north-westerly along the latter alignment to the starting point.
