An Act to declare the Law in respect to Lands forfeited or reverting to Her Majesty by reason of non-compliance with the con­ ditions of purchase by the Conditional Purchasers thereof. [11th June, 1880.]

au tho r i t y of t h e same as follows :—

1. N o purchase condi t ional or otherwise of Crown L a n d w h i c h

in al l o ther respects shal l have been lawful ly m a d e or shal l hereaf ter be laAvf ally m a d e unde r t h e " Crown L a n d s Al iena t ion A c t of 1 8 6 1 " or t h e " L a n d s Ac t s A m e n d m e n t A c t of 1 8 7 5 " shall be inval id b y reason only t h a t such land h a d after any previous purchase thereof been forfeited or h a d rever ted to H e r Majes ty Provided t h a t n o t h i n g here in shal l affect a n y causes of ac t ion in respect of which proceedings shal l have been commenced in a n y Cour t AAdth t h e purpose of deciding t h e quest ion of t i t le pr ior to t h e thi r ty-f i rs t day of M a r c h in t h e year

of our Lord one thousand e ight h u n d r e d and e igh ty .
