Forests (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Amendment Regulations 2023

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Forests (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2021 to extend their operation until 30 June 2025.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 99 and 100A of the Forests Act 1958.

3Expiry amended

In regulation 18 of the Forests (Tour Operator Licence Fee) Regulations 2021[1], for "2023" substitute "2025".
