Forests (Recreation) (Temporary) Amendment Regulations 2023

The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1Objective

The objective of these Regulations is to amend the expiry date of the Forests (Recreation) (Temporary) Regulations 2021.

2Authorising provisions

These Regulations are made under sections 50(5), 99 and 99A of the Forests Act 1958.

3Part 8 heading amended

In the heading to Part 8 of the Forests (Recreation) (Temporary) Regulations 2021[1], for "Expiry" substitute "Revocation".

4Regulation 68 substituted

For regulation 68 of the Forests (Recreation) (Temporary) Regulations 2021 substitute—

"68   Revocation

These Regulations are revoked on 30 June 2026.".
