An Act to revoke the dedication of certain lands as State forest and nature reserve and to revoke the status of certain lands as flora reserve. [Assented to 22 December 1995]

The Legislature of New South Wales enacts:
1 Name of Act
This Act is the Forests and Reserves Revocation Act 1995.
2 Commencement
This Act commences on a day or days to be appointed by proclamation.
3 Revocation of status of certain lands as flora reserve
(1) The notice under section 25A of the Forestry Act 1916, published in the Gazette of 14 May 1937, setting apart as parts of Flora Reserve No 62253 certain areas in the Parishes of Beaury, Kangaroo and Mandle, County of Buller, being parts of Beaury State Forest No 2, dedicated 26 March 1913, and parts of No 3 Extension thereto, dedicated 21 August 1936, is revoked in so far as it affects an area of about 500 hectares that lies within the area delineated by hatched edging on diagram catalogued Misc F1231 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales.
(2) Each of the notices described in Schedule 1 is revoked.
Revocation of dedication of certain lands as State forest
The dedication of each of the lands described in Schedule 2 as
State forest is revoked.
5 Revocation of dedication of certain lands as nature reserve
The dedication of each of the lands described in Schedule 3 as nature reserve is revoked.

Part Tooloom Scrub Flora Reserve
Notice under section 25A of the Forestry Act 1916, published in the Gazette of 26 September 1986, setting apart as Tooloom Scrub Flora Reserve No 62253, No 1 Extension (renumbered as Tooloom Scrub Flora Reserve No 1, No 1 Extension by notification published in the Gazette of 24 July 1987) an area of about 960 hectares in the Parish of Beaury, County of Buller, being part of Beaury State Forest No 2, dedicated 26 March 1913, being also part of Beaury National Forest No 9, notified 16 August 1940.
Dome Mountain Flora Reserve
Notice under section 25A of the Forestry Act 1916, published in the Gazette of 28 August 1987, setting apart as Dome Mountain Flora Reserve No 109 an area of about 340 hectares in the Parish of Boomi, County of Buller, being part of Richmond Range State Forest No 610, dedicated 22 March 1918, being
also part of Richmond Range National Forest No 16, notified 21 February 1941. Notice under section 25A of the Forestry Act 1916, published in the Gazette of 5 June 1970, setting apart as Flora Reserve No 79960 (renumbered as Bundagen Flora Reserve No 9 by notification published in the Gazette of 24 July 1987) an area of about 52.61 hectares in the Parish of North Bellingen, County of Raleigh, being Pine Creek State Forest No 537, No 11 Extension, dedicated 5 June 1970.

(renumbered as Bumberry Flora Reserve No 104 by notification published in the Gazette of 24 July 1987). Part Beaury State Forest (including part of Beaury National
Forest)All that piece or parcel of land containing about 3980 hectares situate in the Shire of Tenterfield, Parishes of Beaury, Kangaroo and Mandle, County of Buller, being part of Beaury State Forest No 2, dedicated by proclamation published in the Gazette of 26 March 1913, and parts of No 3 Extension thereto, dedicated by proclamation published in the Gazette of 21 August 1936 (being also, in part, part of Beaury National Forest No 9, notified by proclamation published in the Gazette of 16 August 1940), and being the land so dedicated within the area delineated by hatched edging on the diagram catalogued Misc F1231 in the Forestry Commission of New South Wales, subject to any variations or exceptions noted on that diagram.
