AN ACT to continue the operation of the Forests
Act Amendment Act, 1935.
[Assented to 8th December, 1937.]
BE it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty,by and with the advice and consent of the Legis- lative Council and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, in this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:-
This Act may be cited as the Forests Act Amend- ment Continuance Act, 1937, and shall be read as one with the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1935 (No. 9 of

1935), hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.
| Operation | 2. | (1.) The principal Act shall continue in operation |

| Amendment | (2.) Section three of the principal Act is amended by deleting the words "thirty-seven" and inserting in lieu thereof the words "thirty-eight." |
