AN ACT to continue the operation of Section forty-one

of the Forests Act, 1918-1931.

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.

See No. 41 of 1. This Act may be cited as the Forests Act Amendment

1931, s. 3.

Act, 1933, and shall be read as one with the Forests Act,

1918-1931.

Continuation of

The provisions of section two of the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1924 (No. 31 of 1924), and of the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1927 (No. 9 of 1927), amending the same, and the provisions of section two of the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1930 (No. 28 of 1930), to the extent by which they amend section forty-one of the Forests Act, 1918 (No. 8 of 1919), shall continue in force until the 30th day of June, 1934, and shall be deemed to have Continued in force as from and including the 30th day of June, 1,932.
