AN ACT to amend Section forty-one of the Forests

Act, 1918.

[Assented to 22nd December, 1930.]

B E it enacted by the King's Most Excellent Majesty, byCouncil and Legislative Assembly of Western Australia, inand with the advice and consent of the Legislative

this present Parliament assembled, and by the authority of

the same, as follows:—

Short title.

1.

This Act may be cited as the Forests Act Amendment Act, 1930, and shall be read as one with the Forests Act, 1918, hereinafter referred to as the principal Act.

Amendment of

(1.) Subsection (2) of section forty-one of the principal Act is amended by inserting after the word "department," in the first line thereof, the words "except revenue derived from sandalwood."

(2.) The said subsection shall have effect as hereby

amended as from the first day of July, 1929.

Limit of duration

Or Act.

3.

This Act shall continue in force until the thirtieth day

of June, 1931, and no longer.
